East Arm Resources Pty Ltd proposes to increase
operating hours for export campaign aggregate haulage at East Arm Road Quarry,
and existing level 2 activity. The
proposal is to increase haulage for export campaigns to 24 hours, 7 days a
week.

This proposal was referred directly by George Town Council to the Board of the EPA on 12 February 2026 as a development application (DA 2026/6) and therefore a Notice of Intent (NOI) was not required.
