The Proposal
The proposal is to increase the operating hours
for an existing concrete batch plant to 24 hours, 7 days a week (24/7). The
concrete batch plant is located on the same land as the HBMI Quarry, an
existing level 2 activity under Schedule 2 of EMPCA currently regulated by the
EPA under Permit Conditions Environmental (PCE) No. 8593.
