The proposal relates to upgrade works for the Tarraleah Power Scheme and has multiple aspects, including the construction of an intake structure, including development of a temporary concrete batch plant; several extraction sites, including underwater; blasting at several sites, including underwater and underground for the tunnel; and crushing and screening of up to 100,000 cubic meters of material. The proposal will be located around the Clarke Dam area of Lake King William.​
