A-Z of Re​cycling in Launceston​

To help consumers to understand how to recycle products and their components correctly, ultimately increasing recycling and recovery rates, the packaging industry has introduced the Australasian R​ecycling Label​.

Th​ere are a few councils in Tasmania, including the City of Launceston and the City of Hobart​,​ who offer to receive and recycle miscellaneous 'difficult' items such as batteries, x-rays, coffee pods, fluorescent tubes, stationery, oral care products and mobile phones in their respective council chambers.
