1. Environmental Licence Documents issued under section 42ZB

None issued within the last three years.
3. Environmental Audits required under section 30
None issued within the last three years.
4. Emergency Authorisations issued under section 34
5. Financial Assurances required under section 35
None issued within the last three years.
6. Environmental Improvement Programme approved under section 40 and any amendment or revocation of any such programme
None issued within the last three years.
7. Environment Protection Notices issued under section 44
